Fall is in full swing at the present. The air is cool and crisp, leaves are turning orangish and brown, and it feels like the time to cozy up with a hot cup of tea or coffee while wearing woolen socks and sweaters. You can even bust out your knitted hats and shawls that have been waiting patiently to be worn since you casted off during the summer time. It's a knitter's favorite time of year!
It's alway fun to knit little toys and decorations. These leaves won't rot or loose it's shape and texture, and it's a quick knit!
Oops! Sven, you just photo-bombed!
Sven Scandinavian is diving into my leaf pile as we speak, since he needs something to do while I finish knitting his stocking cap. Off da! More on him later...

US 5 needles
Green: Wool-ease yarn, Yellow: Tree Frog sport weight yarn, Orange: Knitpicks' Wool of the Andes yarn (?)
Mods: for both of these types of leaves, start with the I-Cord stem first, regardless of what it says.
